At Timbre, we weave transparency and collaboration into each project to find the best solutions. We value multiple viewpoints - learning from the experiences of your customers, staff, and other stakeholders. This is key to building trust and sustaining change.

User-friendly Outcomes
Your business needs to be able to use what we worked together on.
To support that, we will...
-
Supply documentation to inform our work together, such as flowcharts or summaries.
-
Summarize our work in written reports that are clear and action oriented.
-
Provide you with files in a format you can access and update as you grow and improve (Google Docs, Microsoft, Etc.). Such as resources, templates, data plans, implementation plans, roadmaps, or an appendix with all the details.
Improvement and Design Methods

Timbre uses various business improvement and design methods to help our customers; Service Design, Lean Six Sigma, Data Storytelling, Change Management, UXR, and more. We believe applying the unique strengths of established discipline helps clients meet their needs, solve challenges, and reach goals. Each business, client, and project is unique!

We value practicing true and tried methods, as well as learning new ones. Up-skilling is our jam!
Service Design
Placing people who deliver or experience a service or process at the center.
What is it?
Seeking to understand all customer, staff, and stakeholder interactions, needs, and context. This helps us identify key insights, develop opportunities, prototype solutions, and design a meaningful and effective service and/or process for users.

Why use it?
This method is great for designing new services or processes, discovering new understandings of operational issues, and improving staff and customer experiences.
Lean Six Sigma
Eliminate anything which doesn't add value to a process and/or service.
What is it?
Seeking to create value and efficiency, improve quality, and reduce variations. We look to find what can be measured in order to find improvements.

Why use it?
This method is great for making existing processes and/or services better. You might be aware of an issue, but not sure what the root cause is. Let us help you find it.
Data Storytelling
Data can tell a story, show insights and persuade.
What is it?
Seeking to gather meaningful data begins with purposeful collection. We build data collection plans based on your needs so we don't waste time. Then we can analyze, develop a communication strategy, design visuals, and share insights with you in an actionable narrative format you can understand.

Why use it?
This approach is seamlessly integrated with the above methods. We consider our audience and utilize the rules of Graphical Perception to make your data easy to understand. This helps you make decisions based on data, not emotions.
Change Management
Providing practical and user-friendly guidance to implement, manage, and sustain change.
What is it?
Change management helps keep a project on track and builds trust. This will support two-way communication, transparency, checkpoints for adjustments, and empowering your team to implement project solutions.

Why use it?
This method is great for all projects. Discussing change early in a co-creative space is just one more way to get solution buy-in and sustain change. Including people and checking in with how they are feeling keeps all of us on the same page.
User Experience Research (UXR)
Discovering user behaviors, needs, and emotions to enhance experiences, processes, services, and products.
What is it?
UXR is researching why users behave a certain way with your process, service, or product. It involves quantitative and qualitative research to discover their current experience.

Why use it?
Understanding who your users are, and what their needs are, ultimately helps you enhance their experience by providing something they want backed by data driven information. This can have a positive impact on sales, revenue, productivity, and user satisfaction.

Cost
You might be wondering, "what might this cost?", we want to give you a guesstimate.

Most of our consulting packages work on a monthly retainer basis due to timelines spanning over 2 months or more. Your investment could range, on average, from $1100+, $3200+, or $9300+ per month. This is dependent on factors like project size/type, your goals, challenges, timeline, # of working sessions, how much time you can commit to working with us, project team size, etc...

If your project is on the larger or complex side, has a rapid timeline, and can be fit into one month, the cost may be more than $9300. This can be discussed during scoping.

Meeting planning and facilitation can range from $800 - $2000+.

You can start working with us by using our "Contact Us" form and book an initial call. An initial 15 minute consultation may be free of charge to see if we are the right fit for you. This will provide you an idea of what our consulting plan can look like, so both you and Timbre Consulting Studio can start out on the same page.

Ask us about our sliding scale for qualifying micro businesses and sole proprietors!

Why aren't initial consultations always free?
These take both your time and ours. We try to provide as much info on this website as we can to help you decide whether to reach out to us. We're here to help you decide if we are the right fit. We want to devote our resources to you, and our other customers, as wisely as we can.
